Called to clarify my ability to get a contact lense prescription, as my previous one had expired, and was able to schedule an appointment within the week. Staff were kind and quick with check-in and exam. Dr. Butler was great, her and I had wonderful, casual conversation and a lot of laughs. Overall, I had a great experience, thank you all!

Dr. Butler is a real gem. She has a wonderful upbeat personality and is very thorough in her eye exams. I have greatly appreciated her quality help and advice for the past few years. I highly recommend her.
I scheduled an appt Dec 3rd 2025 for an eye exam since my last was 2018 and I wanted to update my prescription in case it had changed slightly although my glasses from 2018 still worked very well. The experience was odd to say the least, I have an astigmatism and have known since I was 9 years old, I had a series of tests done by the doctors assistant and she seemed to be struggling so she said she would have the doctor re-do the exam. The doctor finally came in and she said she had some news to break to me (scared me thinking I had a mass or something) and she told me I have an advanced astigmatism, yes I know thank you. She does the lens exam and writes my prescription and brings me to the front desk. The front desk was pretty pushy with me buying frames and lenses from them and I politely let them know I would prefer ordering online for cost efficiency. The front desk associate then was very rude and said they couldn’t provide my prescription then, after some time arguing I was finally handed my prescription paper and went on my way. I got home and went to my trusty website I have always ordered my glasses from and put in my new prescription and was given a warning message that my prescription had changed drastically since my previous order and to double check that it was accurate. So I took a look at my old prescription to compare and low and behold it was VASTLY different which didn’t make sense considering my old glasses still worked really well for me. I called the office several times with no answer and I finally clicked the right number options to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail requesting a re-check exam as the prescription seemed quite off. I even emailed the email that originally confirmed my appointment. With no response. I do not recommend this office as the staff was unhelpful, rude, and couldn’t even navigate or facilitate a solution when I brought up an issue.
Pendleton Eye Center does an Excellent job on every visit from check in to eye exam and consult with the Doctor Butler. She is both extremely professional and personal. I recommend her and the office to anyone looking for Eye care.
