Nice group of people. Comfortable atmosphere. Office has been upgraded and is now more open and light. I think the exam equipment may have been updated also. Been coming here for awhile now...the recent changes show investment in the future which I think is a good thing.
Dr. Sun is incredible. I had a freak eye injury and I called around for an emergency appointment on a holiday weekend. Dr. Sun was the first to respond and was incredibly accommodating. I needed several follow up appointments and she saw me even when her clinic was closed and during off hours. Dr. Sun was clearly being pulled away from her personal time to help me and I could not be more appreciative. Dr. Sun was very caring and attentive and helped me get through a scary injury.
Dr. Sun & the entire staff are kind & knowledgeable. The eye doctor isn’t usually such a nice experience (no one really likes to go to the doctor). I now look forward to eye appointments for the first time in my life. Thank you for everything. We really appreciate all of you.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but if you ever consider establishing care with an optometrist, it should be with Dr. Sun without question! I was diagnosed with a rare and complex eye disease years prior to when I first started seeing Dr. Sun- however, despite its complexities, she continuously adapted her care plan as my eyes changed over time with the upmost confidence that I'd be able to have quality vision again. Sure enough, I now have the clearest vision I've ever had in my life. While her experience, resources, and extensive knowledge of my condition gave me these incredible results, I wouldn't have been able to handle the "ups and downs" if it weren't for her support, compassion, and empathy along the way. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone that's looking for a new optometrist!
Dr. Sun is professional, takes time with her patients, and explains procedures and results clearly. The office staff is very helpful in selecting frames (they have a large variety) and ordering lenses that are spot on.
