Was assaulted by staff on July 31 in elevator. I will be bringing charges and suing Case Manager Tucker. Staff is all related working with no credentials! This place is disgusting and staff washes there clothes there yet denies Residents. This place needs to be under immediate investigation

The staff is very disrespectful towards the people living there. Rampant drug use from staff members, they talk to you very arrogantly because you're homeless. It has a jail like vibe. The food is scarce and they have a 'if you don't like it..there's the door' mentality towards the residents. They sell drugs in the back, they will antagonize you to get you thrown out. This place need a thorough investigation because if staff is allowed to run Rampant, this place will not last very much longer.

Mostly kept to myself. I find few of the staff to seem intimidating. have recently stayed with three other roommates (two of them I have gotten along with very well). My overall experience previously being there for over 90 days, it will be more worth transferring to New York City shelter system which I have recently did.

I’ve been here for the first time not knowing what to expect, but when i got in the door and spoken with the staff I was surprised I was given the direction to I’ve been seeking. I recommend this place if you are homeless and need the assistance to get back on your feet
