Everybody was super nice and respectful. Me and the receptionist chatted about music while I waited and the exam was very thorough. When i went to get my glasses I was greeted and told where to look for my insurance cause they were with patients. When they were done one of the girls came over and helped me pick out some cute frames. Then my glasses were ready the next day and the same girl that helped me choose my glasses called me to let me know.

Needed my glasses fast as I broke my only pair. Was told to get there in the morning the earlier the better. I was sat down at a desk and they were able to find glasses that were very similar to my old pair. And they were on my face by 3pm that day. A man named James was even able to put a new arm on my old pair. It doesn't match but it will be a backup if I ever need one instead of just throwing the old ones away.

They're nice enough in there, but not very organized. I waited almost two weeks to get my glasses and when I tried calling to see if they were possibly in, I was put on hold and hung up on 3 times before someone actually helped. When they did finally get my glasses in, the girl couldn't find them at first. Now I'm noticing there's no anti-reflective coating on them. I originally asked about that and was told it automatically would have it, but I guess that wasn't true. At least the prescription seems right. I'm not sure if I'd use them again in the future.

Nobody else in town was able to do my glasses. They got high prisms and are apparently hard to do. These guys got me a set of glasses for half what i thought i was gonna pay and instead of 2 weeks they wound up being ready in two days. Thanks guys
