First Impression: I have been to better but not bad. PARKING: was good with large trees in front parky for a luckye few. CHECK-IN: Reception was older women with frigid attitudes. Not what I would call welcoming or friendly in my visit. New patient form was one page front and back. Front was patient onfo, back was med history. TEST: Test were all taken in a dark room. You are sat in a rollar chair and they take photos of your eyes, pressure test and one other that was not explained to me. After I sat in a separate waiting area for maybe 2 minutes. Doctor: was friendly and very concerned with my results. Seems very knowledgeable. We did not go over the test taken in my visit. She did sit me down in a chair and did a visual exam where I read letter on a digital board across the room. The digital board felt harder to read but thats just my perception. It felt like the light was playing tricks on the letters. Could just be me though. GLASSES: My insurance selected this as a recommended location. My insurance, VSP ,only covered $175 despite this. Frames where all $200 plus except for a select few. These few will be along the left hand side of the hallway as you walk into the show room. I was left in the room by myself with instructions to pick glasses out myself and bring them to the desk. (In past experience I would have an attendant help guide and direct me; who would take the glasses and put them in a separate box and clean them after I sat down to try them on. This did not happen here) After selecting my frames I called the front end clerk who came over and did the breakdown of price. After my selection I paid with card on a mobile card reader. I was given a receipt and told I would be contacted when my frames had arrived. (I was not given any other paperwork) Last impression: Doctor seems knowledgeable but not eager to go over unimportant details. Attendants seem unfriendly and almost bothered to help you.

The optician took the time to find the right frame size for my face and Perfect fit for my ears. And within my budget to have the nicest sports frames I have ever had👍🏽 *Large selection of frames

I had a great experience at Palmdale Optometry. It's a full service office. The dr. is nice and thorough. The glass selection is good too.

Dr. Baker was awesome and customer service was wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable and has great energy. Dr.Baker was patient with my children and helped me get them into the right prescription with the right set of frames. I have three children and she was very kind and detailed with each one. She’s helped them out tremendously and we will not go anywhere else! My children loved her! We had a not so great experience with another local eye place so we weren’t too sure what to expect going into their appointment but our expectations were exceeded! We won’t be going anywhere else and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for care and detail! Thank you again!
