Pamela Anderson Luke OD

I've been going to Dr. Anderson since 2008. Her and her staff have ALWAYS treated me with respect and have been very professional with me. I did have an incident that past year where I ordered a pair of glasses through her office and when I received the glasses the prescription did not fit the glasses. Dr. Anderson replaced the frames with frames that my prescription fit at no cost to me. She did not have to replace anything but she wanted me "to me be happy with my glasses." Dr. Anderson thank you. Tonya you are the absolute best. I love you guys and appreciate you so much.

I had been a patient of Dr. Joeys at South East Eye Group in Hawassee for the last 3 years. That company dismissed me for not having adequate insurance coverage and to add insult to injury my eye prescription was written incorrectly by the doctor in the Blairsville office. I want to sincerely thank Tonya and Dr. Anderson for taking me on as a new patient even after my annual examination money was spent at South East Eye Group. I explained to Tonya that I am a diabetic and have been trying to get my eyes and glasses since March. Tonya spoke to Dr. Anderson and got permission to see and treat me. I got my new glasses with a totally new prescription and I must say that I am thoroughly satisfied with the premier service and my eye wear. Thank you guys for everything.

My husband is a diabetic with end stage renal failure. He was having sudden onset of color blindness and dim vision. They did an awesome job with working him in asap which is more complicated because he has dialysis 3days a week. However the day of his visit (he was already a patient there) he had lost his wallet & they needed his driver's license. They refused to see him just because he didn't have his driver's license!? He refused to ever go back. Not to mention we drive from Robbinsville.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had since I moved to the area 6 yrs ago, and certainly the best with eye folks! I received a thorough exam, and it was the friendliest crowd ever! I came from the city and I received as good an exam as I could have received there , and had the friendliness, patience overall fun visit , just what is wanted in a smaller town! It was a win win! I will be a patient for life!

These folks are EXCELLENT! I have been working with this team for 4 years now and received the finest care from them. Tracey is wonderful and I really felt Dr. Pam was highly knowledgeable, caring, and thorough in her examination and presentation of my vision issues. Steve is top notch in the field of Optometry and I have no doubt you will be exceptionally happy with the care and concern you receive from the people at Dr. Pamela A. Anderson!
