I have intense dental anxiety and the staff here was so sweet and reassuring. I thought I didn’t have insurance that was active yet, and paid 45$ The receptionist called me back to tell me I did have insurance which, I thought was a lot better. I walked in without an appointment so, I had to wait a bit. The service was well worth it though, as I felt much better here than with my previous dentist. They actually explained things to me, and made me feel really safe.

I visited this clinic with my father, and while the doctors here are truly excellent, the experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, she was rude and dismissive toward patients. I know she speaks Spanish — she spoke to me in Spanish earlier — yet when another patient approached her needing help in Spanish, she suddenly acted as if she didn’t understand him. We overheard her say, “Wow, you can’t speak English?” and when he replied in Spanish that he didn’t understand, she gave him attitude instead of offering any support. She even handed him paperwork entirely in English and didn’t help him at all. The poor man looked lost and confused, and it was upsetting to watch someone struggle when the person at the front desk could have easily assisted him. As a first responder, this is especially unacceptable to me. We are supposed to help our community and treat people with dignity — not make them feel embarrassed or unwelcome. Seeing someone in a patient-facing role act this way is honestly disgusting and goes against everything community service should stand for. The wait time at this clinic can be long, but it’s worth it because the doctors are outstanding. It’s just incredibly unfortunate that the first person patients interact with is someone who treats them so poorly. This clinic would benefit from hiring front-desk staff who actually care about helping people and representing the clinic with respect.
This is an outstanding center with exceptionally compassionate, supportive, and patient doctors and staff. I am profoundly grateful to my wonderful doctor, Lauren Solomon, and the entire team at this center. My doctor is truly like an angel, providing support akin to that of family. As an international student in the U.S. without family and relatives nearby, I faced my cancer diagnosis after my visits and follow-ups with Dr. Solomon. Her unwavering dedication and care became a tremendous source of strength, making me feel as though I was not alone on this journey. The front desk staff, nurses, and everyone demonstrated remarkable patience and compassion throughout my diagnosis process. Even when my requests fell outside their direct responsibilities, they graciously and patiently assisted me despite their heavy workloads. I will never forget Dr. Solomon and this center, and I will remain forever grateful to them. ❤️
The most unprofessional dental office. I need my wisdom teeth removed and I have waited over a year for an appointment. The day prior to my appointment, I was called to move my appointment from 10:15am to 4pm. The following day I arrived at 4pm and the front desk told me the surgeon never showed up. I asked at what time they realize that the surgeon was not going to show up and she said 1! (It was 4pm) they did not have the decency to call me. They rescheduled me for two weeks and said while I’m there I could get a cleaning. I was taken to the back to get x rays (which they were playing latin music - not professional whatsoever. Not because of the music, I love it, but it is just not the music you play at a dental office with children). Dr. Harris viewed the X rays and said I had 2 cavities. He advised me to make 2 more appointments one for a cleaning and another for filling. I clearly walked out because he could not even clean my teeth. His after appointment notes state that he did not do the filling because “unable to stay longer for their appointment” which is a LIE. He told me to make another appointment for that. DO NOT GO THERE and waste your time. I made an appointment elsewhere.
Been coming here for years. It's great. Nice staff. Sometimes a bit of a wait to get in but nothing too long.
