I had a wonderful experience at this eye clinic! I felt so bad that I was late for my appointment, but the front desk was very accommodating and understanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Bukhatetsky and his team are phenomenal. His front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The office is well kept and very professional. Dr. Bukhatetsky himself is knowledgeable and provides a level of quality care that’s truly unmatched in this area. I can easily tell why this practice has been around for so many years. His staff as a whole work well together and provide a synergy that’s felt from the moment you step into the office. I will happily be referring family and friends for any eye concerns in the future.

I have been a patient of Park Slope Family Eye care for the last five years. Every time I have an appointment, I am treated with the outmost care by Dr. Bukhatetsky and his staff. The office staff is friendly and all of the doctors are very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. They take their time to listen to any concerns I may have. I am always seen on time. They treat me with care and with the outmost professionalism. I have never had an issue and I recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

After not doing regular eye exams for most of my adult life, I started getting exams a few years ago (isn’t getting older great! 🙃). I went the simple route and booked an exam at one of the large chains. After seeing all the new machines and technology since my last exam (20 years ago?), I wondered if my local eye center had the same kind of machines. Well after a health insurance change and desire to support local small businesses, I landed on getting my latest eye exam at Park Slope Family Eye Care. I had a great experience all around! The store and exam rooms were clean and modern. They had all the fancy machines. Everyone was very professional and the whole experience was very efficient. I didn’t feel rushed but I also didn’t feel like I was waiting around. I’m glad I could support local and you should too if you’re in need of new glasses or due for an optometrist visit!

My experience at Park Slope Family Eye Care was impeccable. Everyone was warm and welcoming, including the receptionist, the assistant, Dr Bronfman and the attendant at the eyeglass counter.
