Gary and team were incredibly helpful sorting out my insurance issues and making sure I was covered before proceeding with my eye exam. The doctor took her time explaining my options and her recommendations. I had a great experience!
I have been here on two occasions. One because my son couldn't remove a contact lens from his eye and another to replace a nose pad. We are not existing customers. We did not buy his contacts or his glasses there. Yet, the doctor was able to see us immediately; and on the other trip the nose pad was replaced free of charge. It's great to see this kind of customer service and willingness to help my panicked son. Guess where we will be getting our next pair of glasses? (And they are not owned by a private equity company.)
Gary, is absolutely amazing. He is very professional and took his time picking out the right frames that would fit my face. I love coming to this eye doctor, everyone here is incredible sweet and professional.
Gary saved me after I sat on my original frames, tho the lenses were undamaged. He found the same frames and popped in my original lenses in about 60 seconds. The process couldn’t have been faster or smoother. Gary rocks.
