⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We could not have asked for a better experience with Dr. Roberts and the entire team at Coastal Vision Center. From the gentleman who greeted us at the check-in counter to Miss Kendra, who handled all of the arrangements for surgery, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and professional. Dr. Roberts is wonderful. She took excellent care of my mom and made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. Miss Kendra also deserves special recognition for making sure everything was arranged and helping make the entire surgery process as easy and stress-free as possible. The office may be a little cozy and have limited space, but what it lacks in room, it more than makes up for with exceptional service and genuine care. I would choose a smaller office filled with people who truly care about their patients over a large, fancy office where you feel like just another number any day. We are so thankful for Dr. Roberts and her entire team and could not have asked for better care. I would highly recommend Coastal Vision Center to anyone needing eye care or cataract surgery. ❤️

Staff and providers were very nice. I waited three weeks for my New glasses to come in return them within 48 hours as the prescription was wrong. Instead of putting the rush on the remake of my glasses, I have to wait another three weeks. I work at a computer all day so to work with no glasses. Update. Went to pick up my new glasses only to told they only had one lens the other one would not arrive until Monday. I purchase my glasses March 18. Returned them April 10. This was one day after getting them. I was told they would be ready by the April 24. When I was trying to explain to one of the employees what going. The other employee hand up in front of my face and said I am on the phone very rudely. I requested a refund and to speak with whoever was in charge. Employees went in to notify whoever that was at the time. I do not know yesterday when I was in hospital they never came out to speak with me. I got handed a refund and that was it. I guess they are so busy that losing one customer does not matter

My family has been using this office for at least 15 years, maybe longer. Each year is worse. BE AWARE!!! EXPENSIVE hidden fees that never end-even after you’ve paid in full. They call you back asking for more money!

I been coming to this office for many years. I have always loved coming here. This years visit is no exception. The sales ladies Wanda and Amanda were great. They went above and beyond to get me the set of glasses that worked best for me. The whole office was great as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for eye care this is the place! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Love it at American Eyecare Center. Staff are always welcoming patients & knowledge of Insurance coverages. Mrs Brown is a blessing to have available in her assistance in all aspects of your care. She's 1st class & leads the staff to do their very best. American Eyecare are very busy & exponential in serving every patient, client in a 1st class manner. I highly recommend them to my friends & family.
