Busy office, but efficient. Courteous and frreindly staff from reception to actual physician. Dr. Steinberg is professional, pleasant and relatable. The in-house optical store has a variety of eyewate options (no obligation to purchase from them) Ruhi was very helpful in providing input as to size and selection. Overall a very positive experience. Great team all around!

I had such a pleasant experience at Patel eye associate’s office , Nisha was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Patel was very patient, knowledgeable, and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly.

I have not yet visited the office, so I cannot comment on the quality of the medical care. However, my experience with the appointment scheduling and registration process has been extremely frustrating. The biggest challenge was the patient intake process. I received multiple callback requests from the reservation team, and there seemed to be confusion between the patient and the insured person, resulting in repeated requests for the same information. I was directed to complete the registration through the KARLA online system, but the experience was disappointing. The portal was difficult to use and had several limitations: There was no option to easily update or correct information once it was entered. Uploading insurance cards and other required documents was cumbersome and unreliable. I was unable to create an account or log in to review the information I had submitted. There was no clear help desk, support contact, or Patel Associates phone number to call for assistance. It took me nearly five days to successfully confirm my appointment through a combination of the online system and repeated phone calls with the reservation team. The process was unnecessarily time-consuming and stressful. I sincerely hope the physicians provide excellent care, as I have heard positive things about their clinical expertise. However, the patient experience begins long before the appointment. An efficient, user-friendly registration process and accessible customer support are just as important as the quality of medical care. Improving the front-end customer service would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.

Dr.Patel is a very good Doctor. He treats my eyes problem. He been my doctor for about 4 years and did my eye surgery. Doctor Patel is good. Today I seen Shay and she is amazing. The doctor speaks the same language which is better for me .im so happy . Never a bad experience. Staff is very very good . Shay is great . All the time .
