Dr. Flanagan and his receptionist are super friendly and very helpful. They get you in and out quickly. I would recommend getting your glasses somewhere other than the vision center. The older lady with the white hair that works there provides horrible customer service.

Wow. What a great crew! The Dr couldnt have been more professional and pleasant and gave you the feeling he really want to work with you to get your sight right. He is a good, christian man and his sweet help was so kind and on the ball and she knew what she was doing. Great job!! I recommend them to anyone!

I called to schedule appointments as new patients for myself and two kids and the receptionist told me I could not make them all the same day because people in the past didn't show up. Laughable. So needless to say they lost my business.

These people won’t even give their patients their prescription information to be able to have it renewed through another company. Nor are they willing help someone who isn’t able to afford have their prescription renewed so when said person finds a way to have it done through another company they REFUSE to give the patient HIS information. The absolute most uncaring place and we will NOT be returning for exams or purchases through the vision center.
