Walmart Vision Center

They gave me the wrong frames and lenses I could barely see out of. When I went back to get it fixed I was told I just needed to get used to them. The eye doctor was good. But don't get your glasses here.

Dr. Flanagan is awesome! But the older woman with white hair that works in the vision center is extremely rude. She kept trying to rush my daughter while she was trying on frames. When my daughter stated that she just wanted to make sure that she finds a pair that she likes, the old woman told her she’s tried on plenty of frames. She had started rushing us as soon as we came out of the dr’s office. It was ridiculous.

Dr Paul was absolutely amazing, however the glasses department which has nothing to do with him, was horrible ! Worst customer service ever. They dont explain nothing. they expect you to already know how things work and are sarcastic when you ask questions. I wouldn't be asking the question if I knew the answer ! They hurry you up in choosing and just aren't helpful at all! Disappointed. Will continue to use dr Paul but thats it!

We went to the vision center and the Dr Paul Flanagan and it was great , Jana out front in the vision center is very professional and knowledgeable, very helpful. Appt was easygoing and fast. The Dr is great very informative and professional, great bedside manners., really nice Dr and his nurse is great. Enjoyed our visit actually. Thank you 😊

The manager of the vision center denied my benefits claiming they were not in network. I called my insurance company they verified. I called the actual company that provides the insurance they verified it. Next I called the same store and spoke to a different person and she verified it. Now I have to return to get the glasses I wanted and hope they are still there. This person needs training and does not deserve manager position.
