Dr. Hoffman is by far the best eye doctor I've ever seen! He cares so much about my eye health and really spends time explaining things. He always has a smile on his face and is so welcoming! I highly recommend him!
Dr. Bhakru is an excellent physician. She take care of her patients very well. I really feel she is very caring and treats her parients well. I would recommend her to many of my friends.
Dr Ryan Hoffman is exceptional. He is always pleasant and takes his time to evaluate and speak with you. I’ve never felt rushed He answers all questions and makes you feel so at ease. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great eye doctor! The best!
Dr Hoffman is hands down the absolute best. I switched my whole family over to him & go with them even when I don’t have to just to see him. He takes his time to get to know you and he is excellent at explaining everything in terms you can understand
Complete disregard for patient time and poor management I had a 1:50 PM 4/27/2026 appointment at this facility for a Type 2 diabetic eye exam—an appointment I scheduled well in advance. My experience was a masterclass in how to disrespect a patient's time. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time just to be acknowledged, I checked in at the desk. I was told I was "next" with no specific timeline provided. Another wait followed before I was finally brought back for a five-minute routine screening and dilation. I was then sent back to the waiting room for another 20 minutes, only to be moved into an exam room to wait an additional 15 minutes for a doctor I have never even met (Sarah). At the 1-hour and 15-minute mark, having still not seen the physician, I chose to leave. It is clear that Paul Phillips Eye Care and Surgery Center does not value their patients’ time or professional commitments. If you expect a medical office to run with even a modicum of efficiency or respect for your schedule, look elsewhere. I will not be returning.
