Pearle Vision

I have been having my vision addressed annually at this White Marsh Mall location for many years! Upon arrival, the facility is clean. Judy at the receptionist desk is professional and demonstrates outstanding Customer Service skills. Dr Hunsicker is a caring and concerned optometrist. He takes his time and explains every portion of the exam, and answers all questions and concerns. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision location!

This office is wonderful! Making an appointment is quick and easy, and I never have to wait long to see the doctor. Ms. Judy is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming it’s a pleasure to see her every visit. The entire staff is professional and caring. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for excellent eye care.

From the start our experience with Pearle Vision in White Marsh Mall was exceptional. They allowed us to schedule the whole family at one time, something almost no where will accommodate. Then once we arrived everyone was seen individually for eye exams in a timely manner, yet the doctor still made everyone feel listened to and made sure they understood what was happening and what their vision needed. Finally, picking out and ordering new glasses and contacts was a breeze. Helpful and friendly associates who made sure we were happy and had clear up front pricing. I doubt we will go anywhere else. Judy, Dr. Hunsicker and the team at Pearl were just amazing.

Dr Hunsinger is the best. I love the way he explains everything to me as his patient. I can tell he loves his job by the way he treats his patients. Brittany is awesome there's none like her. She has outstanding customer service skills. I love working with her because she knows exactly what I like as far as picking out my 👓. Thank you Brittany I appreciate you.👌🏾

I came here the first time and brought my glasses. I was not satisfied with them. I read the reviews and everyone was praising Mrs Judy. I called and spoke with Mrs Judy. She told me to come back in and see her. I came back and sat down with Mrs Judy, she took her time with me and helped me pick out glasses that were better suited for me. She did things that were not done with me the first time. I am very pleased with these glasses and the way they looked. I will go back anytime and will always wait for Mrs Judy. My sister said when she goes to get her new glasses, she will be going here just for the politeness and consideration Mrs Judy took with me. Thank you Mrs Judy.
