I should start by saying that my experience with the doctor (Keramati) was positive. My disappointment has to do with their sales people. I was honestly just looking to be educated about different lenses but the guy (Joe) was VERY pushy and sales oriented and was "friendly" up until I firmly told him that I wasn't interested in buying anything and that I just wanted information... that's when his whole demeanor changed and he seemed annoyed for seemingly "wasting his time". This was my first time giving this office a try and I won't be coming back here for any future eye care appointments. 2 stars instead of 1 because, again, Dr. Keramati was great, but the experience with their sales person left a sour taste in my mouth...

We brought our prescriptions to Pearle Vision and had a great experience working with Joe, the owner. He took his time with our 11-year-old twins to make sure they had the right frames, the right fit, and the right lenses for their needs. He explained the different lens options clearly and made sure we were comfortable with the choices. When we picked up the glasses, he carefully adjusted each pair so they fit properly and felt comfortable on their faces. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right, especially for kids. The service was fantastic from start to finish. I also appreciate that we can come back in six months for free adjustments as they grow. Highly recommend.

My daughter broke her glasses 4 days after getting them , I called this place and they had no problem letting me come in and having a tech look at them , they were able to fix them and charged me NOTHING ! Beyond thankful , the staff was amazing and respectful and they had a couple of fishes my kids looked at while we waited which also was super fast.

I had been here several times for routine visits I was never told that I should see a specialist about my sensitivity to light until it was time to fill out a form to give to the MVA regarding my tinted windows. Several times I inquired about my sensitivity. I was told it comes with age, and when I presented the form to be submitted to the MVA, then I learned about this so-called specialist. I will not be returning here nor spending any money with this business.

Need my vision results to renew my drivers license. They Said it would take 4 days. It has been 8 and my license is invalid tomorrow, on my birthday. They lied and when confronted they blamed me and said I should have done sooner.
