I wonder what business model dictates that a potential customer not be greeted when they enter the store? My daughter went in first. She left without getting what she went for because she was not acknowledged. Then I went in and still no greeting. Yes, the two employees were sitting with customers. However, does that prevent them from saying, hi, we'll be with you in a minute. But no. NOTHING. Maybe, I suddenly became invisible once I crossed the threshold. Taking my business somewhere else.

Great eye dr office. Very kind and accommodating. Very informative and patient. The girl at the counter was very patient and kind w/ me even though she definitely thought I was a bit of a mess not having all my stuff prepared and accessible. Been going here for both myself and my daughter for the last few years now and have been happy w/ the service from the doctor's office side and the eye glass store side.

Very disappointing experience at Pearle Vision when it came to the wait time. I had a scheduled appointment, but unfortunately that didn’t seem to matter. First, I had to wait a long time just to be helped at the front desk, and then I waited even longer to see the doctor. In total, I wasn’t taken back to see the doctor until about 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I understand that occasional delays happen, but waiting almost an hour when you have an appointment is excessive and shows poor time management. That being said, I do want to give credit where it’s due. The doctor’s assistant was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. The doctor herself was also very nice, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the excessive wait time and poor organization at the beginning of the visit significantly affected my overall experience. I hope they can improve their scheduling and front desk efficiency because the actual medical staff was great.

0/10 Wouldnt recommend Dr.Hopper. Very dry & stick in the mud-ish. Not warm & welcoming, eye exam was acceptable EXCEPT……She didn’t address my astigmatism with my contact lenses. Which I feel like made me feel unsafe when driving at night. All she had to do was offer a different type of contact. She adjusted the contact prescription NOT offer astigmatism contacts.(I didn’t even know they offered astigmatism contacts!!!!!!) Also refused to change my glasses prescription when it appeared too strong for me. This came off as she didn’t want to accommodate & hear her patients out. She didn’t care about my well-being. Which was definitely annoying, she needs a better bedside manner! Went elsewhere and got the proper care I needed. I really hope you take the time to read this and self reflect. Do Better Dr. Hopper. Shame on you.

Dr Hopper is excellent and very helpful! Will be back for future vision exams.
