Pearle Vision

I have been going to this Pearle Vision location for several years and their customer service is outstanding. Easy to make appointments and order contacts or glasses. When my vision insurance was being difficult about paying for my medically necessary contacts Kim went way above and beyond to help. I also had the pleasure of working with Lindsey recently for new frames and lenses. She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location.

What a wonderful experience!! Had the pleasure of having Jonathan and Dr. Stephens for my eye appointment and they were both so great. They even have a device that checks your eye where you don’t get the puff of air! That was so nice. Kimm is absolutely incredible, her customer service is unmatched! From her communication prior to the appointment to checkout, just awesome! There was another super kind and helpful lady there as well but unfortunately did not catch her name. So happy I chose Pearle Vision!

My husband and I had a great experience here. It was an easy process to make an appointment. From check-in to the eye tech helping with the first set of tests to checking out. I’m glad they do not put the drops in the eyes but rather do another test to check the retina. I was happy to be able to use my health insurance. I liked that I was given the option for anti-glare and accident insurance. We will be returning yearly for our checks Pearl Vision.

This is edited from my original review. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my glasses this year. The staff and doctor were genuinely friendly and attentive. When I picked them up, I discovered the prescription was incorrect and could not see properly through them. I understand mistakes happen, and I appreciated how professionally the issue was handled. Seminole Pearle Vision responded (see below) and made things right. Overall, while my experience was positive.

Absolutely baffling experience. I went to return lenses as there was an imperfection on the left lens. I walked into the store and spoke to Kim Richardson, the manager, to return them. She had a complete outburst in the middle of the store, in front of the workers and customers. Yelling and saying that no, she will not be returning the lenses, nor giving me my money back. We were still within the 30 days money back guarantee, I once again asked to have the lenses returned, she didn't use any tools to remove them from the frame, she RIPPED THEM OFF in front of me. After that, she, while still yelling the entire time, said she didn't want me back in this store, or wanted to see my face ever again. I ordered the frames from a different company, and I don't want any damage she could have made to them cause me to be ineligible for a return to them as well. Kim Richardson is right, I will never be stepping in a Pearlevision store ever again. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a store. Ever. In my entire life.
