Brandi was amazing! She made our experience painless. I was nervous about getting glasses and it was strange seeing my face with glasses on. I was able to try on as many pairs as I wanted to make sure I choose the right ones. They had a wide selection to choose from and the price was fair. I highly recommend this Pearl Vision. Be sure to ask for Brandi.

This was my first experience with Pearle Vision. I want everyone to know that they were very welcoming and efficient. All of the employees were friendly. It was very easy for all my exams and the process of picking out frames was great. I'm in love with Pearle Vision Eastgate.
Horrible experience. Appointment was at 9am. At 10 am I still wasn’t seen and rescheduled for next morning. First appointment of the day and the Dr was 15 min late 🤦♀️. The ladies are great. I went elsewhere for glasses. They were back in 4 days. Fiancé ordered his the day before and he was told 7-14 business days. He also paid over 150 more than me and I ordered 2 pair of glasses. Will not return
Over all I'm happy with the staff here, but for the love of God. I confirmed my appointment no less than five times, and I ignored the six and I end up getting a call to confirm my appointment from the staff. What was the point of texting me the other five times? It's borderline freaking spam! Oh and your online submission form apparently hates Firefox, it'd be great if you could fix that.
Absolutely unethical practices. They snuck $50 of extra charges on my invoice without disclosure. One of them was for something I specifically said i didn't want, and the clerk said wasn't there... but it was. When I confronted the manager, it was MY fault. Refused to cancel my order. How do these people sleep at night? This isn't a mistake, this is an intentional business practice.
