Excellent experience after some initial issue with my insurance. They worked hard and made it right. Even better than right. You learn so much more about a provider when there is a difficulty and this one was handled tip notch! The level of interaction with the Dr. was also quite informative for something that can seem monotonously routine.
Jake was wonderful! He spent a lot of time explaining my coverage from my insurance to me, very patient and knowledgeable.
Dr Tonya Lindsell was fantastic. She did a comprehensive examination and explained me the results. I appreciated the referall to a specialist. She really cares for her patients!
The girls at the front desk were very nice and the girl who trained me on my contacts did an awesome job I forgot to catch her name but she was very encouraging when I’ve been to previous doctors they usually throw me into a room and say figure it out She actually took the time to show me. Great experience.
From the moment I stepped up to the desk, I was created with a lovely smile. The young lady that took me back to complete my testing was very professional and very sweet. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to share with me what was going on with my eyes. I have gone here for years and highly recommend.
