Amazing people doing amazing things. Eye surgery is scary. Dr. Bell inspires confidence and Nurse Hope handles nervous patients wonderfully!! The back office folks really helped me get some forms completed and off to my employer swiftly. Thanks Shelby!! I’ve been getting injections in my eye for several years now. Cincinnati Eye Institute saved my vision. Dr Osher is one of the best. He cares about his patients and I would highly recommend him!
Tried to setup an appointment and the girl taking appointments was rude and condescending. I am having problems with Binocular Double Vision and she acted like I just wanted some glasses and when I said I wanted to find out what was wrong with me she copped an attitude. Wouldn't take my dog there.
Came in today with a potentially cancerous tumor in my eye for a consultation. My original surgeon called the plastic surgeon... who seen me separately and set Me up for immediate removal. I've struggled with this in my eye for years... but finally I can look in the mirror without seeing cancers face staring back at Me. Thank YOU ALL so much. You are angels in My 👀. God Bless.
My visit with Dr. Roxana Rivera was great. I came for exam and removal of a lesion in my eyelid on the lash line. Dr. Rivera explained what I had and took care of removing it the same day. She and assistant Kelly were both very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. Again, before and during the removal, Dr. Rivera explained what she was doing and made sure I was doing ok. She took special care to not have to remove my lashes by the lesion which I appreciated very much. After the removal she was thorough regarding my caring for the incision for the next few weeks and made sure I was to come back for follow up. I am very grateful I chose Dr. Rivera and highly recommend her!
