Had a wonderful experience getting labs done for my sons allergy test. We were greeted by a human and directed were to check in. Everyone was friendly and knew their role well. We did not wait and the labs were done in minutes. Beautiful and clean location.

They are one of the closest urgent cares for us. However the wait times for the number of patients is astronomical. We’ve been here 3 hours now with 3 patients total. Zero communication once you’re in a room on wait times. Not to mention the windows to the rooms you can see everything going on during people’s exams. Why is there ZERO privacy with window curtains wide open?! Not to mention the floors in the room we were put in are filthy.
We had labs done for an allergy test here. It is beautiful, clean and bright. Someone greeted us as we entered and helped direct us to the right place to check in. We didn't sit down and the lab called him back. Easy and fast. Thanks for locating in Eastgate.
I saw the negative reviews prior to going and had low expectations, however, they couldn’t have been more wrong. The facility was new, clean, easy to navigate. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Nobody ever wants to go to a hospital or urgent care facility, but I would have zero hesitation about going back to this one should the situation require it.
I was very disappointed with my experience at the ENT department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center due to unexpected billing practices. Before scheduling the appointment, I verified with my insurance that the specialist visit would require a $60 copay. However, after the appointment I received a bill for nearly $400 for what was only about a 20-minute visit with the doctor. I later learned that this location bills appointments as a hospital outpatient visit rather than a standard physician office visit. Because of the way it was coded and billed, my insurance did not cover it as expected, leaving me responsible for the majority of the cost. Unfortunately, this was never explained to me when scheduling the appointment. Had I been informed that the visit would be billed as a hospital outpatient service rather than a typical specialist visit, I would have considered other options. The lack of transparency about billing created a very frustrating and expensive experience. I would strongly encourage patients to ask detailed questions about how appointments are billed before scheduling.
