Arrived a little early to give new information. They do not accept my vision insurance but I get reimbursed. I didn’t have any wait time and was taken to an exam room. The assistant performed two different test on my eyes plus checked my distance vision with an eye chart. The doctor checked my close up vision and did many options on what was best using a machine. After that he placed drops in each eye after approximately 15 minutes later the pupils in were dilated enough for the eye exam. The doctor told me his findings as he checked multiple areas of my eyes. They will contact me via text message when my glasses are ready and at that time I will ask the receptionist to assist me with my insurance form. My insurance pays slightly less when I see an out of network optometrist but I think they are worth it! I am a returning customer/patient. Also, the staff has been very friendly and helpful when I have needed an adjustment or new pads added to my glasses over the three year period I have been going to this location.
