Pearle Vision

I am so very grateful to the employees at this location. Only been a client for one year. My doggo has chewed up my glasses twice since I purchased them. Both incidents have been met with prompt attention and professionalism. This second time, I just had a knee replacement last week and I am unable to drive to the location. Theron, an employee not only found me a replacement frame the same day, he picked up the frame at the Polaris location, came to my home (I love very close) and retrieved the chewed frame so he could then go back to the store to set the lens and ear pieces correctly. This went above and beyond his job description and saved me unneeded stress on my surgical leg. I could not be more impressed. Thank you so much.

Staff was super nice. Exam room was hot and musty smelling. Doc was no pressure to spend $$$ on new glasses since my readers would be fine. Reception sent my rx right to my email. Wait time was moderate. Location convenient. We did not enjoy the tablet check in forms and inputting our insurance info ourselves. I feel the receptionist should do that. The tablet screen was super sticky and gross

Great experience from scheduling to picking out glasses. They had little activity booklets for the kids. The doctor is very transparent and the women there who help are nothing short of amazing. I can not say enough about this place. I would deal with them over anyone else hands down.

Emily, Theron and Dr Hookway were all very friendly. I had a wonderful experience at this office and I was able to get a year supply of contacts affordably. I would highly recommend this office.

This is my second year going to Pearl Vision. The first year I was impressed by how fast they got me in and out of there, how efficient they were and how kind. This year I am even more impressed! My whole family will go to Pearl Vision. They are the best I have ever experienced!
