My experience with Dr Lam was phenomenal. She cared so much about providing comfort and was extremely knowledgable. When it came to picking out my glasses, I had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth Hall. She was honest and up to speed with the latest trends. She didn’t steer me incorrectly just to make a sale. Overall, it was a lovely experience filled with a team that truly cared.
Christina and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make certain I had great eyeglasses and was pleased with the glasses. I had purchased progressive lenses which did not end up working well for me. Christina suggested another solution and Elizabeth approved. While they do not offer refunds, they go within the company client satisfaction guidelines to really try to make each customer happy. And, they did. I appreciate their kindness, listening and professionalism. Also, Melissa the optometrist assistant took care of an EyeMed billing issue. I appreciate her follow through, kindness and professionalism. It’s a busy office for a reason —they care !
I’ve been going to the Rocky River location for a few years now and I have never been more satisfied with their service. The women working there are all very efficient, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with contact lenses being delivered and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected even when it was not their fault. Amazing customer service, can’t recommend them enough!!
I have been going to Pearl Vision Westlake for a few years and the service is always amazing. The employees are always welcoming, kind and go out of their way to help. Dr. Lam is very thorough and explains every part of the eye exam so you know exactly what is going on. I highly recommend the team at Westlake Pearl Vision for their exceptional customer service and compassion for their customers.
Been coming here for years and Christina is absolutely amazing! She always helps me find the perfect glasses and the best deals. Dr. Lam is also one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares about her patients and helps you to understand everything about your visit. They are the reason I never want to leave Pearle Vision!
