Pearle Vision

Don’t waste your time here! I had an eye exam on June 26th to get my contacts prescription & order contacts. Because I wanted to change my prescription back to Acuvue, the receptionist said I would hear back in 5 business days. Since my appointment, I’ve called 3 times to find out when I would be receiving my contacts. When I call, there is no ownership, apology or explanation and only blame on the supplier. There was no follow up as promised, still no contact prescription or contacts as of July 22nd. I’ve been using Pearle Vision for years but it is time to move on to a company with good service and follow through.

Had a great experience working with Victor. He was very professional and definitely worked with me with my budget on 2 pairs. Ive always had a great outcome and not having to wait forever. Definitely recommend Pearl Vision.

Staff is awesome. But I’ve been going here for over five years and have but nothing but loyal to them and they’ve been charging me 270 dollars for a 90 day pair of contacts, I’ve price compared the same brand at multiple other places and found them for significantly cheaper. They upped the price of them every year. That’s the thanks you get for being a loyal customer over the years. That’s how much they value you
