Excellent experience with staff and Dr. S.Patel who had good bedside manner and saw me without an appointment for a severe eye condition that happened overnight. He was very thorough and concerned as I was. I would go back again if need be in future.

had a horrible experience at Pearle Vision. The employee who helped me, Cesar, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He walked right past me without even saying excuse me and instead just said, let me get through here. His attitude made me feel completely dismissed and unwelcome. Customer service should be respectful, and unfortunately this experience was anything but that. I definitely would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.
I agree with the lady complaining about Cesar. He’s rude and highly unprofessional. Although my complaint was handled by the manager, it took me two months to get my money back and get my glasses fixed due to the incompetence of that guy. This location was my go to. Not anymore as long as that dude is still there.
Do NOT book your exams here! Prior to this appointment, I was going to a smaller private practice. In all the years I have worn glasses I have always had single vision prescription. At my appointment ,Pearl Vision Pulaski, the Dr told me I should have been using bifocals only and not single vision. My prescription had a minor change so I felt confident I did not need bifocals (as my current prescription felt fine). I went ahead and ordered single vision lenses. I went to a different location to get an eye exam, I let the Dr tell me first what my prescription would be. I was told single vision. When I asked the Dr about having been told last time that I should use bifocals, the Dr went ahead and further analyzed my eyes doing a few pointer tests and observing eye behavior. The Dr stated that I shouldn’t be using bifocals and that single vision was appropriate for me. While I understand you can have single vision bifocals, I did not like that the Dr I saw at pearl vision made it seem like I had no other option and was almost discrediting my prior Dr. This sounded like the classic act of trying to upsell a feature that was not needed.
Fast, friendly, was not rushed at all. Cesar made sure to explain the process step by step, as well as the dr.
