One of the hardest groups to get a hold of. The visits were good. But if you need to speak with them on the phone good luck. They never answer the phone, don't have a functionibg email, and when you do call in they rush you off. I am still waiting on a receipt from them via email that was promised over the phone it have been 4 hours. 07/16/2026: here's an update. I have tried calling on seven different occasions in one day for this receipt. They promised that they would email it to me and i have yet to receive it. I have called again and it is to the point that they are sending me straight to voicemail. These people are not professional when it comes to this type of stuff. My medical card is shut off because of this and they refused to give me my receipt. So I have updated my two-star down to a one star, if I could I'd give them none. I do not recommend going to this company for your needs

Go anywhere else. We’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for our child's glasses, and this place has been nothing but excuses the entire time. Every time we check in, we’re told they’ll be ready “this week”—that’s been repeated over and over with zero follow-through. Getting in touch is nearly impossible. Calls go unanswered, and to make it worse, we’ve shown up during posted business hours only to find the doors locked. This isn’t just a delay—it’s a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually delivers on what they promise.

After several weeks of not receiving my glasses (that I already paid for), I called to ask about them. I was told that my very expensive glasses were part of a shipment that was lost. It wasn’t until this time (when I called them) that they informed me that I could request to have them remade or I could come in and pick a different frame. Obviously, I didn’t want a different frame, so I requested they be remade with the same frame style. I was told that the new order would be rushed and I could get them in a week. Well, after more than a week and no call or text again, I called them. Again, they were delayed. They expected them in another week. So I waited again. Nope… still no glasses. And I’m only getting updates when I call them. So, unfortunately, I had to request a refund. They were always pleasant to speak with, but I could never put any confidence in them again. Maybe God just wants me to keep my blurry vision so I won’t see my hair turn grey. 🤔

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service… Never answers their phones. Won’t even get your referrals. Heck, even was on hold for an hour and 45 mins and they just kept me on hold til they closed and never got back with me. Would highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

The entire staff at Pearle Vision were professional and excellent! Dr. Jason Glenn was kind, thorough and most informative! Best vision exam I’ve ever had and I’ve had many!
