I recently received care at Center Point Health Hospital, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The nurses were attentive, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The doctors explained everything clearly and treated me with kindness and respect.
I went to the we yesterday (around 3pm) in immense pain and for the first time I was treated like a human. My nurse, Jordan was incredibly helpful and supportive he made sure my pain was manageable and had the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. My doctor was amazing they had an emergency and he come to my room to let me know that and that he would be with me asap. The staff was caring and helpful. They took my pain seriously and done extra tests to ensure that I was safe to leave. This was my first time going there after the change to center point and I didn’t want to go there as I’ve had so many awful experiences with bluegrass community hospital, but I think the change did them well because I will recommend them to everyone now. Thank you Jordan and the rest of the team working yesterday you all gave me hope for humanity.
This is a very good hospital. I've been there many times because I have panic attacks. The doctors take very good care of me and very understanding of my condition. My nurse Jordan, you have gone way and above your call of duty. You just don't know how grateful I am for all you have done for me other than tell everyone how awesome you truly are. I have listed a few words to describe my reason for awarding 5 stars: Compassionate, caring, attentive, non-judgmental, quick, efficient, and understanding. I knew my loved one was in good hands within minutes of arriving at Centerpoint Health Versailles. Emergency services, lab, imaging, and nursing took amazing care of my loved one; and the physicians diagnosed and referred an issue that has taken months to figure out! Do not underestimate this hospital!
Hospital is way better than Frankfort regional. Short wait time in the ER for leg swelling. Found out have a touch of pneumonia too. Very thorough doctor and staff. Recommend this hospital to everyone. Will be back Friday for additional testing and to see cardiologist specialist.
