Gracie did a really nice job of helping me select my glasses and putting together pricing for me. The doctor and other staff were pleasant. The facility is a bit small, but the service was great! And there were plenty of choices of very nice frames.
Very convenient. Was able to get an appointment that day. Everyone was very nice and professional. Will be coming back for my eye exams in the future.

Impossible to get ahold of. I had an eye appointment here months ago and received an incorrect bill in the mail. When calling the store’s number, it goes straight to voicemail and I have never received a call back after several left voicemails. After calling Pearle Vision’s main number, I was told the only way to resolve any issue is to talk to the store directly and file a complaint. Still have not heard back from the district manager who is giving me the runaround via email. Do not waste your time and go elsewhere!
OMG what a great team! Love this place. They are so courteous and helpful. I’d brought my glasses in with me for a contact lens prescription. They saw I didn’t have them in a case. While I was checking out someone walked over and put them in a hard case. Didn’t hesitate on the customer service. Bam!
