Such a wonderful experience! The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Nick was amazing — very professional, funny, and made the whole appointment enjoyable. I truly felt taken care of. So happy I chose this office. Highly recommend! I can not say enough nice things about this location! Michelle and her crew are honestly the sweetest people. Long story short, I went to a different location/different vendor to get a quick adjustment and they ended up melting the protective layers off of both of my lenses. When I brought it to their attention, they claimed that there were was nothing wrong. After some back and forth, they finally admitted there was something wrong and that they would take $50 off my next pair of glasses! That was it! No apology, no talk of replacing my lenses. I called Pearl Vision and talked to Michelle who originally helped me pick out my pair of glasses. She was upset on my behalf; she and her co workers made some calls and ended up getting me replacement lenses!! I have been going to this location for the last three years and everyone has been courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable when it comes to helping you get the perfect pair of glasses. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.
Warminster Store-Payne - I went in to have lenses put in a different frame because I broke them. I was immediately greeted by Adriana who took care of me. Twenty minutes later I was on my way home. The owner and the employees are the nicest people. They make you feel very comfortable. My wife, daughter and Mother-in-law also come to this store. I recommend this store to everyone I know that needs glasses, eye care and eye exams.
Amazing staff! Been coming here for 20 years! Lou always tightens up my sunglasses in a friendly, helpful way. Michelle just did something that I thought was impossible; lightening up a pair of sunglasses to a lighter shade. And Michelle’s daughter is the friendliest person in the world. Don’t go anywhere else and they all should get a raise. And no one suggested I say that. I’m can assure you!!
What an amazing staff. They helped with the best frame selection for my face and set me up with 3 pairs of glasses, progressive, readers and distance sunglasses. I would highly recommend this store as it's such a clean pleasant atmosphere and terrific staff. Thank you for giving me my sight back.
