Dr.Parikh has seen my whole family! The staff has always been very welcoming, patient and helpful each time! I had buyers remorse on a pair of glasses and thankfully Pearl has a buyers remorse policy and I went back just in time. Bridget was so sweet! She helped me find a pretty frame which was the same price as the original. Between prescription football goggles to my daughter’s first pair of glasses, they have been wonderful to work with! Highly recommend this location!

Excellent and very friendly staff with outstanding bedside manner. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. Everyone was professional, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Pearle Vision Center to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding customer service.

I had an contact eye exam and wasn't sure if I want single or multi-focal lenses. Before I left, I told Dr.Patel that I wanted multifocal, but she told me to come back and feel out the single lenses. Not once had she mentioned to me that I would have to pay for another co-pay. We could've done it right then and there but she dismissed me and wanted to come back? No. Poor communication skills. Plus, she says I dont have astigmatism- I have had it all my adults years, so I knew not to trust her. and another appt at lens crafters proved she was wrong.

What a great experience all around!!!! We made a last minute appointment for two of us. The staff were so friendly and professional, especially Bridget!!! She was soooo helpful and patient with us as we picked out frames. Which is no easy feat with my girlfriend….lol…

I stopped by today to see if someone could fix my glasses, and Noelle saved the day! Noelle was so nice and my glasses are perfect now!
