Dr.Lam is incredible! I took my son who’s 8 years old and he had the best time with dr.lam she showed him the inside of his eyes. She made the experience calm for my son who was a little nervous! He had a great time that he can’t wait to go to an appointment again lol! He enjoyed picking out glasses with the lady with curly hair! She was very nice and always is! Thank you staff and dr.lam!
My experience with Dr Lam was phenomenal. She cared so much about providing comfort and was extremely knowledgable. When it came to picking out my glasses, I had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth Hall. She was honest and up to speed with the latest trends. She didn’t steer me incorrectly just to make a sale. Overall, it was a lovely experience filled with a team that truly cared.
I’ve been going to the Rocky River location for a few years now and I have never been more satisfied with their service. The women working there are all very efficient, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with contact lenses being delivered and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected even when it was not their fault. Amazing customer service, can’t recommend them enough!!

Dr. Lam is very thorough and explains every part of the eye exam so you know exactly what is going on. Been coming here for years and Christina is absolutely amazing! She always helps me find the perfect glasses and the best deals. Dr. Lam is also one of the best doctors I’ve ever met.
