went for my yearly exam and everyone was extremely nice my first visit. i returned a few days later to return my contacts and the woman at the front desk was rude. i felt belittled for simply trying to return them. everyone else is 1000% friendly and helpful though

The Pearl Vision employee who helped me pick out new glasses was excellent, professional and friendly. Her feedback was honest. I was very happy with the service I received there.
Highly recommend! I called around a bunch of places and they were either not very friendly or not helpful. I called Pearle Vision and the gal that answered was super nice and helpful. The office was clean and welcoming. Everyone was very polite and everything went super smooth and fast. The Dr. was witty and walked me through all of my results. I’m very happy with my visit😌
Renee makes the options so readily available for their top quality lenses and best look recommendations- I have been buying my glasses here for 8+ years now- very happy with quality and purity of lens -
The staff does not listen if you're having any issues with your glasses, they make you feel like you're stupid and don't know anything and they could never make a mistake. Then they will tell you that things are covered by your insurance and you will get a bill about 2 weeks later asking for over $300 for what they promised you was covered. And they will find a way to not have to make it right even if you paid extra for the protection plan on your glasses. My advice to everyone is stay as far away as possible.
