Great experience at Pearle Vision/Jericho with people who work there.They fixed my son's glasses in the shortest possible time and didn’t charge. Many thanks to Ellen, she's so kind and nice as she was so helpful. Their warm service left a deep impression on my husband and me. We highly recommend them!
I could not thank Ellen and the team at Pearle Vision for there expertise and help picking out new glasses. Wait times were minimal to non existent for the exam and help picking out new frames..they got me in right away and spent ample time helping me. They were kind..courteous and honest. Friendly reception, attentive staff. Ellen was was helpful when discussing different options and plans for frames and lenses, and recommended her own opinions as well. Found this to be a place genuine in their efforts to help those find their next new pair.
I had a wonderful experience at this store! Heather was very knowledgeable about insurance and store policies. Gary gave me fabulous advice and fit my glasses to me perfectly! Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. My new glasses and repairs were done quicker than predicted! I give them 5 stars!
Excellent service! I have been going here for more than a decade.( from there original Hicksville location) I recently purchased glasses and when I picked them up the lenses were not 100%. Gary said no problem we will remake them. They remade them and they were great! A month passes by and my lenses mess up ( something got on them) I went to Gary to see what options I have . Gary said “ I don’t want your money” we will remake them again at NO CHARGE! . Extremely kind of Gary and his team. This is what customer service should be like. I can guarantee you no other company would do such a thing! Please buy your glasses here! They actually care about their customers!!
