I had a very disappointing experience when picking up my glasses. The staff member began adjusting the frames without asking how they fit, and continued making multiple changes without properly checking with me. Despite giving feedback that the fit was getting worse, the adjustments continued in different directions, which left the glasses sitting unevenly on my face. One of the nose pads no longer sits correctly, and the frames no longer rest properly on my ears. I was later told that the technician was not available, which raises concerns about why these adjustments were made in the first place. Proper fitting requires careful, incremental adjustments with customer feedback. That did not happen here, and I now need to return again to have the frames corrected. Updated Review: I returned to the shop for an adjustment, and a different staff member assisted me. She was patient and took time to improve the fit, which I appreciated. However, due to multiple prior adjustments, the thin metal frame appears to have been over-manipulated. One side is now smooth, while the other is twisted and cannot be properly aligned. Although the fit improved slightly, I still noticed uneven weight distribution when I got home. Both nose pads touch my nose, but the pressure is heavier on one side. When I tried a minor adjustment myself, the nose pad broke. At this point, the glasses are no longer usable, and I hope the store will take responsibility for the damage and provide an appropriate resolution.

Really gone downhill, made an appointment a week ago for today. Had issues Thursday where they tried to cancel my two back to back appointments because they couldn’t find me in or our insurance in the system. I was there in January this year. Spent an hour getting together everything they needed to keep the appointment. Go to the appointment today at 2pm as scheduled and they are running an hour behind but don’t bother to call the patient to ask if they can come in later so we left. The Dr is good, but customer service is zero. Good luck if you go here, I hope you have a better experience than I’ve had as this isn’t the first time I’ve been expected to wait an hour. Never going back as they don’t value your time. And my glasses in January came in late and I had to call them to find out when they finally came in!
I have to agree with Audrey. Been coming here for a few years now, the Dr's are great, but the front side staff has gone downhill. Used to have a wonderful gentlemen that went above and beyond with lens/frame needs. The new person has the warmth of Russia in the wintertime. I don't think I'll be going back.
My optometrist, Dr. Anderson, closed his practice and moved to Pearle. I met with Dr. A for my annual check up. He ordered me glasses to replace my contacts which began drying my eyes due to my age. Two weeks ago the left lens escaped its binding. I stopped in to discuss my options. With a pleasant greeting Bill took my glasses and repaired the frame binding. I decided I needed a spare pair so Bill took the measurements and ordered a new pair. I recommend Pearle, Dr. A, and Bill with no hesitation.
Staff were friendly and I was admitted to my appointment without delay. The Dr. was friendly and performed the exam in a timely manner and answered questions that I had. I was able to order glasses that had the features I needed and was not really subjected to a lot of upselling.
