My wife and I are long time customers of Dr. Robie and have found him and his son are both fantastic Dr.s. Unfortunately, we ended our relationship with them today as we received a notice from a collection agency for a bill we never knew existed. They apparently send bills via text message, which I never received! Vicki (Dr. Robie's wife or office mgr) was willing to lose two long time customers over bills we never received. I don’t know how this place doesn’t have higher reviews!! It took a while for my fiancé to get her glasses in because her lenses were on back order (no fault of theirs!!). Because it took so long, they shipped them to our home at their cost. Today, my toddler broke her glasses. They took care of it on the spot…while they let my eldest look at their sunglasses and play. They even fixed her “back up” pair (that she didn’t purchase there) while she was there. Top notch. Highly recommend
