I have had several great experiences at Monument Family Eye Care. Recently, I had an issue where my year supply of contacts I ordered was taken from my mailbox. I placed a claim with Fedex, which got denied. At which point, I reached out to Monument Family Eye Care and informed them of the situation, asking with assistance to re-order to contacts. Without me asking, the staff at Monument Family Eye Care reached out to the contact distributor and were able to obtain another year supply of contacts, free of charge. I am so thankful for the staff for going above and beyond and saving me from paying for a second year supply of contacts.

I have never experienced such a great feeling going into a doctor’s office. I hate anything near my eyes so I don’t enjoy going to the eye doctor. No issues at this place, from you walk into the place Dr. Sciullo and staff are awesome. The office feels warm and inviting. You can book online. Get your glasses and contacts there. They will ship your contacts to your house. There is no pressure to buy from them either. My entire family goes and peoples that I have recommended have also been happy with the care and the service.

Every time I walk into Monument Family Eye Care, I am greeted with warm friendly smiles and conversation. The staff gets to know you as a person. From the first time I met Dr. Scuillo, I was struck by his kind, caring demeanor. I trust his knowledge. It seemed like I had know him for years. He understands the multifaceted history and dilemmas I have faced with my vision. What a nice touch to be allowed to pick your own genre of music while in the exam room. All of the staff are wonderful. I always recommend Monument Family Eye Care to my friends.
