My experience at Dominion Eye Associates of Chesterfield was remarkable . The staff was friendly and professional while showing genuine compassion for my 99 year old father. The doctor was so caring, gentle and friendly and showed nothing but genuine concern for my father‘s vision. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing eyecare. Thanks to Veterans Affairs for using this practice for my father and any other veteran needing eye care!

they welcomed me without a problem. When I was told I had to pay for a test them to do a test instead of dilating my eyes. I told them If I have been given that information in the beginning I would have had someone bring me instead of paying for a test I could not afford. Then they refuse to give me my PD after they told me they would. I have to think several times before going there again

I recently moved to Virginia from out of state, and I can’t recommend Dr. Medina and Dominion Eye Associates of Chesterfield enough. They made my transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. When a work meeting unexpectedly overlapped with my appointment, they were flexible and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. The level of care I received was excellent. Dr. Medina was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and ensured I fully understood my eye health and what to expect moving forward here in Virginia. It’s clear they are committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. Overall, a great experience I’m very glad I found them.

My experience at Dominion Eye was excellent. I was seen very quickly, and Dra.. Medina was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received.

I made an appointment with Dr Medina because no one else could figure out the issues I was having with my eyes. I’d been dealing with this for about 6 weeks. Went to 3 different drs to get testing and not one had an answer or solution. So when Dr Medina said she thought she knew what it was, I was ecstatic!! I’ve only been on the drops for 2 days but I can already see and feel a difference. So thank you Dr. Medina!! Also, she as well as all of the staff are so nice and helpful. You don’t get this type of service in drs offices much anymore so this was just a great experience overall. I’d definitely would recommend this office!!
