I signed a waiver stating that I would treat these one-year-old glasses with the utmost care, and that they are not responsible for any damage I might cause while trying to mount the lenses. When I dropped them off, the person who helped us said they looked to be in very good condition. I never imagined they would return them to me in such bad shape. Ray-Ban glasses worth over $300, broken all over, chipped, and cloudy, as if they had been worn out or overheated. I'm never going back. My son is without glasses, and there was no communication whatsoever until I went to pick them up. How awful.

Very good service. Great variety of saddles. They don't repair saddles; it's better to buy new ones.
