MY EXPERIENCE ON MY FIRST VISIT. I ALWAYS GO TO ANOTHER PEARLE BRANCH WHERE THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, BUT SINCE THE BENEFIT ENDS ON JUNE 30TH AND I CAN'T GO TO THE ONE I LIKE, I DECIDED TO VISIT THE ONE IN GUAYAMA. RIGHT AWAY, I EXPLAINED TO THE EMPLOYEE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO OPEN A RECORD BOOK BECAUSE IT EXPIRES SOON AND I CAN START USING IT IN JULY, BUT I'D LOSE THIS YEAR. SHE WAS VERY UNPLEASANT. THE FIRST THING SHE TOLD ME IS THAT I HAVE TO SIGN IN CASE THE PLAN DOESN'T PAY OUT, AND OTHER THINGS THAT IN MY 37 YEARS, NO ONE HAD EVER TOLD ME. I FELT SO POORLY TREATD THAT I LEFT VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'd rather lose the benefit and then go to Pearle after July, which I always go to. Then I understood why it's always empty. They lost two customers.

The staff there are very friendly and professional. But having to wait over a month for the glasses to arrive, and then when they finally do, they don't work, then having to send them to get the prescription corrected and wait almost two more months for them to arrive? Terrible service! I don't recommend it.

Terrible service. The staff has no idea what customer service is. They canceled my appointment twice, and on the third attempt, they decided they wouldn't see me at the store, even though there were no other customers. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My experience at Pearl Vision Center in Guayama was excellent. I received excellent guidance from the doctor, and her staff was very helpful and respectful. I highly recommend them!
