Excellent service from the moment I arrived at the optician's. Ana López, in particular, took her time choosing the frames and explaining the process of adapting to the lenses. While I waited for my frames to arrive, she adapted my old glasses so I could use them. I will definitely return for their excellent service. Thank you very much.

Very professional, they treated me like a princess. The exam went very well, everything was explained clearly, and they listened to my needs. The prescription was spot on; I'd been on prescriptions for years that were making my eyes tired. The variety of frames is amazing; I didn't know which ones to choose because they were all beautiful (especially for those with round faces and chubby cheeks like mine, haha). Thank you! I went to Pupila Óptica because I found them on Google and was looking to get new glasses. At first, the service was amazing; they treated me like family. They understood I needed my glasses for work and assured me they would have them ready on time. The process took a little less than a week and a half, which I thought was reasonable. When I received the glasses, I mentioned that my sunglasses were a bit tight around my ears. They tried to adjust them for a more comfortable fit, but they were still too tight. I wore the sunglasses less than 10 times, and when I tried to put them on last weekend, they broke. As for my regular glasses, they got scratched in less than a week of use. It's a scratch right in the center of my pupil that can't be fixed or hidden, which is very annoying. I spent over $600 at this place, and when I went to complain about the scratched glasses, they told me I had to send them back for warranty service, which meant being without glasses for at least another week. When my sunglasses broke, I messaged them on WhatsApp and didn't receive a response. I'm quite disappointed because, honestly, I gave them a genuine chance and thought I'd have a different experience, but in my case, it was pretty disappointing.
Terrible. On Friday, I almost fell in the street when I went to dinner with family and stepped off the sidewalk. If someone hadn't grabbed my arm in time, I would have fallen. The optometrist doesn't know what he's doing. Besides, I'm never using those glasses again because the bifocals have too strong a prescription and will damage my near and far vision. This is the first time I've been to this optician, and I don't think I'll ever return, much less recommend it. With the glasses I wore from another optician, I see perfectly, and I thought they would give me the same prescription, but that optometrist changed it drastically, which will affect my vision and worsen my vision. I lost the money my health insurance covered and what I paid out of pocket. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...😡😡😡
