I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a contact lend exam. I was told I had to wait the 2 weeks for the contact doctor to be available. I received my confirmation text early in the week and confirmed my appointment. I arrived today and was told not only was the doctor not able to perform a contact lens exam, but I had no appointment, despite having a confirmation. I was offered to wait another 2 weeks . Complete waste of time

Horrible experience. 9am appointment but doctor came in at 11:00a. I don't speak Spanish well and asked if the doctor spoke English. She instead argued that I understood and spoke Spanish. I walked out. If you don't speak Spanish as a native language, and if your time is important, then look elsewhere. If you expect rude service, then this is your place.

They charged me for a service they did not provide. I went for a contact fitting, and left with no trial lens, no prescription, nothing but a hole in my wallet. I am returning stateside in a couple weeks and so my contacts process could not begin. I told the doctor this and as I was at the desk checking out, it wasn't until after I was given a clear outline of what I am being charged. I don't know if I will be in in 4 months or 12, but regardless I was charged and cannot get my money back or my trial prescription dealt. But for the hypothetical time I come back, my $65 fee is sitting there. Further cherry on top to this nightmare of a cake, I waited over an hour for my exam while there were only 2 other clients seen during this time. Could not recommend less
