I used the optical dept for an eye exam. I left with an eye infection!! I called the Dr there who did my exam, left a message, but haven't heard back from him and it's day 4 of my infection. I also called the eyeglass dept with whom I tried on glasses, told them of my situation, and all they said was I needed to go to an emergency room or ophthalmologist and the Dr there at Walmart couldn't help me. I recommended that all the equipment used in eye exams be disinfected, even the frames on display. She acted like she didn't care. Never shall I return to walmart optical. On top of that, their prices aren't any better than Pearl vision. But Pearl vision are very professional and provide conscientious care !!
First impression... 1 star they do not answer calls. Tomorrow I will visiting the store to see if the customer care is 0 ⭐.

I don't know why the optician's shop is open if they haven't had an optometrist for eye exams in ages. Don't waste your time; find somewhere else.
They offer professional treatment and excellent customer service from Dr. Omar Rivera and the other employees at the optical shop. I recommend them 100%.
