I bought my glasses at the Canóvanas Walmart Visión, but I don't live near there. Today, my frame broke so I went to the Humacao location by my house. They found me in the system and said my frame was still under warranty, but they would not help me without the paper receipt. In the states, I've never needed the receipt as long as they could find my purchase in the system and verify the warranty. Then we went to the Fajardo location and they had no problem helping me. They said it was a little more work without the receipt, but they were happy to help. The names of the employees who helped me were Milly Claudio and Hiriana Figueroa. When it's time for my next eye exam and glasses, I'll make the extra drive from Humacao to Fajardo.
The doctor and the technicians always treat me with respect and professionalism. I've been going there for almost 10 years and I've never had a problem with them. They are the best!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR FOR YOUR EYE EXAM. Let me make this clear. The staff and manager Marta are AMAZING. Very helpful and friendly, BUT the eye doctor, Luis Perez, was rude and mean to me after making a mistake with my prescription. I came back to have it fixed and adjusted... I wasn't upset about the mistake. I picked up my glasses and couldn't see... he gave me a lower prescription and wanted to adjust it... that's all. He was rude and I was very shocked. It's just sad to be treated this way.
