Pearle Vision

I've been loyal to another vision practice for over 10 years and this is my first time venturing out, and I must say, I am beyond happy that I made the decision to come here. As a mom of four, it's already hectic enough toting everyone and having so many judgment eyes all around, however, the staff at Pearle Vision defintely made me feel seen and understood with so much grace, patience, and kindness. I am horrible with names, so please excuse me for not mentioning any one specific. Dr Smith welcomed my son and I with open arms and was such a delight!! Ms. Maggie, wow, what can I say? ANGEL! The gentlemen and younger lady at the front desk were sooooo amazing as well!! Can't express how grateful I am to this amazing team! Literally the dream team!! Thank you all for your amazing experience! Oh, not only that, it's close to home!!! And honestly, even if it wasn't, I would drive further just to see you all! Thank you for making this place a home for me and my family!!! You guys are truly the best!!!

I had a great experience here! The team was thoughtful and very helpful during my appointment. The energy was very inviting thanks to Maggie, Alondra, and Dr.Boeskool. I appreciate them for all they did during my time there.

The best optometrist office I’ve been to in Jacksonville! And I’m not big on reviews however I love it here so I had to give them one everyone here is super nice and friendly! My son had his appt a week or two before mine and I received my link a little late however they got me in quickly and was very informative so I decided to set myself an appointment as well and I had the same exact experience everyone was super nice and welcoming there a younger lady that sits in the front I wish I knew her name but she helped me pick out my glasses and was really sweet and gentle about everything ! If you’re looking to take your children here or even yourself I HIGLY recommend! I’ve been to three different eye doctors in Jax this is by far my favorite 😌

This was my first time at Pearle vision. I chose it as it was in my insurance network and not too far from home. From beginning to end the staff, and Dr. Smith, we’re friendly, thorough and helpful. My retinas are wonderful, and hey, they are too!

Had a excellent experience at the Arlington location today. Evelynn provided excellent customer service, professionalism, and skill in repairing my Eyewear. My annual eye exam on Friday went flawless. The service overall was excellent. Great location!
