Sultan was amazing help. So grateful for how patient and understanding he was. Came in with broken glasses, and left very happy and satisfied with an updated eye exam, and two new pair of glasses that I absolutely love. Next time you go in, ask for Sultan! You won’t regret it.
Overall- had multiple successful visits! Sultan was great assisting me in the Bolingbrook store to make sure I had a great experience getting my new glasses and prescription sunglasses this time around! I have been coming to this Bolingbrook Pearle for the past ten years, Dr Berry has been great when my family is scheduled for their eye exams! My girlfriend and I came in yesterday, and received excellent assistance from Jennifer and Brandon, who set up our appointments for today. They also were very helpful with ny problem of typically being able to see around my glasses Jennifer continued to be of great assistance, and between a smooth pair of doctor visits, helped us choose frames and we were even able to discuss lenses and their tradeoffs. I always come here because of the excellent service, and Jennifer and Brandon were no exception in this regard. If looking to see the doctor, be sure to make an appointment in advance. Highly recommend.
Sultan is passionate about making sure your in-store experience is pleasant. He helped me and my wife, Sue, with our new glasses. I had picked out a frame that required a thicker lens unbeknownst to me. He brought this to my attention and recommended a different frame. Sue immediately liked the new frame better. I'm very happy with the service he provided.
Never been to this place before. I was looking for lens urgently and this location had them. I didn’t know what to expect especially because my insurance wasn’t accepted here. The manager sultan helped me out a lot when it came to purchasing 2 pairs of glasses. Service was so good, my brother who was just driving was convinced to come back too. Heavily recommended, it’s even better if you have insurance.
