Not so good experience. Been here 3 times but still could not get the right glasses. Read some of the earlier comments - it seems the staff is keen to exploit insurance if you’ve any. It’s not only me, I was waiting to be attended when someone walked in comlaining about how she was given the wrong contact lenses. My suggestion - stay away unless you’re looking to spend both your money and time with no perfection in return. It’s been a month I’m using this third pair of glasses recommended by the doctor - all three times, the power and angle were different - it still does not fit the eyes, I still get a lot of strain - paid a bomb for these progressive lenses the third time - wonder why he would not recommend them when I first walked in. Also seems, there’s a disconnect between the doctor and the staff in the front office!
Every part of the visit was very professional. On time and the staff was super helpful patient and knowledgable. Always will go there for my eye care needs.
Bee Seeing Dr Smith for years. He is very thorough and friendly and his staff is amazing and accommodating as well!
Dr Smith has been our optometrist for over 30 years. His knowledge and wonderful demeanor are always a great comfort to us. He always puts his patients first to make sure he handles any issues they may be facing. I highly recommend Dr Smith for any optical needs you may have.
