So I just left Pearle vision and I had a really great experience with Dr. New and the staff! The ladies were super friendly and helpful! Sometimes these places make you feel bad if it's been a while since you've had an exam but I felt really welcomed and Dr. New was just a cool doc. I appreciate that experience. Definitely recommend!
Jessica at Pearle Vision was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to fix and adjust my prescription Tory Burch sunglasses after Sunglass Hut (where I purchased them) wasn’t able to help. Exceptional customer service, genuine kindness, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Jessica, you’ve earned a loyal customer!
The doctor was good and scheduling online was easy, but the staff was brought the whole experience down. The pricing and what was covered by my insurance was not transparent. Additionally, I found out after I paid for it that I was charged for features, which were not beneficial. I was charged for it, but was not notified that I was going to be charged for it. Then the staff did not provide a receipt nor email one. If they would've printed up the pricing and showed it to me, I could've walked through all the different features with them and told them what I wanted and what I did not.
I want to leave a big thank you to Judy at the eyeglass store! She helped us so much throughout the whole process. Judy was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we found the perfect glasses. Her customer service was truly outstanding and she made the experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Judy definitely goes above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit this store!
Dr. New and Dr. Park are incredible doctors. Thorough, kind, compassionate and understanding across the board. Ive taken my family here for over 5 years now and we've ALWAYS had excellent experiences. 10/5 stars would get an eye infection again just to look at Dr. News' beard
