All the employees were very nice and so helpful! The doctor was amazing and really took the time to make sure that the lens I chose felt good. She also did a great job of explaining the results of my eye exam. 100% would recommend this place to others!

I would never come back here. The woman that first checked me in must have just come in from smoking and it was making me gag. They were almost 30 minutes late for my appointment after calling and texting multiple times to remind me of the time. The doctor was fine- he really thinks he is funny , but I didn’t share that opinion. What really gets me is the woman who rang up my glasses. She did not read the doctors instructions and put my glasses in wrong. I get this long voicemail about how I didn’t look old enough and she assumed the wrong glasses. When I called back to fix it she started talking about my appearance again. Her mistake was a $279 difference. I just had them cancel it. I will go somewhere else- maybe a place that cares enough to read the doctor’s instructions.

I think that Sarah and Isabella are definitely on the right track as well as the eye doctor there today. Of course there's always room for improvement and that goes for all of us. But as for everyone at Pearl Vision I honestly feel that they are well on their way to leading by example. I was treated the way anyone would like to be treated. With respect,kindness and most of all like a person. Thank you

Questionnaire asked about sex life!!! No need for that question. $1,000 for 2 pairs of glasses! You should be ashamed! My husband was quoted $850 just for a pair of sunglasses. I left your office and Went to Sam’s club and got 2 pair for $500!!!

The two front ladies were so kind and helpful. They were literally the best part of my day. I believe their names were Sarah and Mary. The doctor was also very thorough and I am very pleased with all of my services today. Highly recommend this location!
